Get 10-15 Job Qualified Appointments Every Month

Honestly wasn't sure about this at first, we'd tried a couple of other lead companies before and it never really worked out. But the appointments actually turn up now. Had 3 calls last week and 2 of them are already booked in for quotes. Would recommend to anyone in the trade who's fed up chasing time wasters.

What I like is they actually confirm the appointment before it lands on my calendar. Used another agency before this and half the "leads" didn't even pick up the phone. This is different, people actually know we're calling them.

Been going about 3 months now. Not every appointment turns into a job obviously, that's just sales, but the quality is way better than what we were getting before. My office manager isn't spending half her day ringing dead numbers anymore either.

Signed up mainly because there was no contract, figured we'd try it for a month and see. That was a while back now and we're still with them. No complaints really, does what it says on the tin.

We're a small outfit so every appointment matters. Had a couple of no shows early on but their team sorted that out quick when I mentioned it, been solid since. Good communication which is more than I can say for most agencies I've dealt with.

Took a bit of getting used to at first, changed how we plan the week around when appointments come in. But once it settled in it's been one of the better decisions we made this year for the business.
